Join us on Friday, June 14, 2019 for a one-day workshop where you will not only receive an overview and specific insights about investment banking (including recruiting strategies) but also get a chance to experience what investment banking analysts and associates do in a professional setting. Located at Barclays' Incubator, Rise New York, each student will also have the ability to network with fellow practitioners / ex-practitioners in the field.

Located at Rise New York's premier work space, this will be an exclusive event open to only 20 individuals.

**Agenda:**

- 9:30 - 10:00 -- Registration
- 10:00 - 10:15 -- Introduction / Opening Remarks
- 10:15 - 12:45 -- Valuation / IPO Precedent Transactions Analysis
- 12:45 - 1:30 -- Lunch / Break
- 1:30 - 3:30 -- Valuation / M&A Precedent Transactions Analysis
- 3:30 - 4:00 -- Presentations to Guest Judges
- 4:00 - 4:30 -- Networking Reception

At the end of the day, select students will receive an opportunity to present to our guest judges.
